Transport cost

Transport cost is relater to the weight of the end dimensions of the package. Express courier choosen for our products is TNT. In some particular cases, in order to let our customers save money, we will deliver our products via Poste Italiane.
Shipment destination

ShopDiver delivers gooda only to people living in all Countryes that belong to the EU.
Delivery timeline

Delivery timeline depend on the availability of the orderer products and the type of shipment chosen. Timelines indicated are purely indicative and in any case ShopDiver is not responsible for delays due by the courier service.
Shopiver will try to proceed with shipment within next two working days after the confirmation of the payment (with Credit Cards and Bank Transfer it could take up to 5 days).

Receive goods
When courier delivers the ordered package, customer must check out that externally the package is not damaged and that is perfectly closed, and check also that the number of boxes is exactly what was expected.

In the case that one or more of the above conditions are not fit, customer must immediately contest the shipment to the courier signing conditionally the delivery (indicate the motivation) then check if everything in the boxes are present and in good condition.

Customer will have to communicate within next 7 days any eventual damage to the products following the policy defined by the courier.
