Dear Customer,
in accordance with the Italian laws artt.13 e 23 del D.Lgs. 30 june 2003, n. 196 (following will be named "D.Lgs."), we would inform you:

1) that personal data provided by you to ShopDiver during subscription in this web site will be managed in comply with the rules and obligations defined by the laws descrbed above;

2) that for “treatment of personal data in accordance of the art.4 of D.Lgs.” is intended any operation completed (also without use of electronic tools) related to the collection, recording, coordination, maintain, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, usage, matching, hold, communication, diffusion, deleting and destruction of data, even if not registered in a database;

3) that data are processed for institutional aims, connected or part of the activities of our Company like record keeping, processing, billing, customer management, and especially:
a) in order to fulfill the rules mandated by laws, with the final objective of manage administrative obliges coming from the business relationship within you and our Company;
b) in order to provide a full support for technical issues and for after-sales service;
c) in order to satisfy market research and statistics, marketing related to the products that are the subject of the activities of ShopDiver;
d) (only if explicitly agreed by you) for communication of business information on future commercial initiatives, of advertisement about new products, services and special offers, by ShopDiver or affiliated companies or Subsidiary companies, commercial partners and outsourcers, through advertising e-mails. E-mails delivery won’t cause in any case the transfer of personal data to third party. This service won’t determine any monitoring of sites you visit neither any control on messages you read except in case you explicitly agree;
e) in order to join games with prizes or for promotional intiatives in the interest of ShopDiver Customer;

4) that providing your data to ShopDiver is needed in order to fulfill the contract and fulfil laws obligations coming from legal relationship between the Customer and ShopDiver.

5) that data:
is collected in our database and recorded in order to be visible and accessible only by authorized personnel by ShopDiver; data could be usedtreated, reflecting the objectives described above, within ShopDiver activities, so data could be communicated to: a) affiliated companies or Subsidiary companies of ShopDiver; b) business partners of ShopDiver (manufacturer, vendors, couriers, etc.); c) those companies that perform surveys on customer satisfaciotn.

We would inform you that you can exercise rights defined with art.7 del D.Lgs. here summarized:

Customers have the right to obtain confirmation of existence of personal data related to him/her, even if not yet recorded, and the communication of what is recorded in our databases.
Customers have the right to obtain confirmation:
a) of the source of personal data;
b) of the aim and mode of data treatment;
c) of the logic applied in case of data treatment performed with electronic tools;
d) of information that identify the Customer;
e) of subjects or group of subjects who could be informed of the data stored in database and who is responsible in charge of privacy control.
Customers have also the right to obtain:
a) update, modify, data integration;
b) deletion, transform data to in an anonymous form or block off data used violating laws, including that data that are not needed for those scopes that are not included in the ShopDiver activities;
c) confirmation that operations described in points a) and b) have been clarified to the Customer, also for the content of data, people or group of people that could be informed of the personal data, except the case when fulfilment is impossible or requires efforts that are demonstrably disproportionate respect to the right tutelary.
Customer have the right to oppose the data recording for all or part of them:
a) for legal reasons related to the personal data treatment.;
b) to the personal data treatment related the delivery of advertising material or direct sell or marcket research or commercial communication.

Holder of the data treatment is ShopDiver represented by the administrators.

Data treatment is performed with tools appropriate to assure security and privacy. Data is stored in a Data Base managed by ShopDiver. ShopDiver nominated the holder (responsible) in charge of security as per the artt. 31 and 33 of D.Lgs.

In case Customer doesn’t accept the above regulation it won’t be possible to proceed with registration.
